Bring your expertise to the forefront and lead the charge in designing and implementing innovative logistics solutions within SAP S/4HANA, helping optimize warehousing, transportation, and logistics processes worldwide.\nIn this role you will be working closely with Business Experts, Architects, and Development Teams. You will also turn complex requirements into scalable solutions while shaping the technical direction of our Supply Chain landscape.\nYour responsibilities:\nAnalyze customer requirements in the areas of inbound and outbound logistics and advise stakeholders on the best technical implementation approaches.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy solutions for SAP logistics modules, including Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Transportation Management (TM).\nCreate and review comprehensive solution concepts, validate them through Proof of Concepts, and present technical alternatives and recommendations to project committees.\nEvaluate technical implementation options with regard to feasibility, risks, costs, development effort, and long-term maintainability.\nEstimate custom development scope, required capacities, costs, and potential technical debt.\nCoordinate and guide development activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nPromote knowledge sharing within the team and actively contribute to code reviews and design reviews.\nMentor developers and support the continuous improvement of development practices and solution quality.\nSupport the global rollout of SAP applications and assist key users during deployment and introduction phases across international locations.\n We are looking for you if you have:\nBachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.\nSeveral years of hands-on experience in SAP development, ideally in an SAP S/4HANA environment.\nStrong expertise in ABAP development.\nPractical experience implementing and developing solutions within: SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Logistics Execution (LE), SAP Transportation Management (TM).\nExperience leading and mentoring development teams.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate technical options, implementation effort, risks, and long-term maintainability.\nSolid understanding of Agile development methodologies.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.\nVery good written and spoken English.\nNice to have:\nExperience with: BOPF, RAP, CDS, OData Services, SAP Fiori, Key User Extensibility, SAP BTP.\nExperience working in large international transformation programs.\nGerman language skills.\nWhat will make you successful?\nCustomer-oriented mindset with the ability to balance standard SAP solutions and business-specific needs.\nPragmatic approach to decision-making, considering quality, delivery speed, and long-term sustainability.\nPassion for sharing knowledge and supporting team development.\n Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
