MyComputer supports hundreds of thousands of users worldwide through a global ecosystem of internal teams and external service providers.\nYour decisions will directly influence employee experience, business continuity, operational performance, supplier effectiveness, and financial outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead a product with global reach and help transform how workplace technology is planned, delivered, and continuously improved across Bosch.\nYour role\nYou will have end-to-end responsibility for the strategy, performance, and lifecycle of MyComputer. Acting as the central point of product accountability, you will connect customer needs, business priorities, operational realities, supplier capabilities, and technical considerations.\nA key focus of the role will be establishing forward-looking product planning assumptions that support lifecycle, sourcing, investment, and portfolio decisions.\nYou will also contribute to strengthening Product Management practices across End Device Products by sharing expertise, promoting effective approaches, and supporting greater consistency across the organization.\nWhat you will do:\nDefine and evolve the product\nSet and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.\nIdentify customer needs and translate them into valuable product outcomes.\nPrioritize initiatives based on user value, business impact, operational feasibility, risk, and cost.\nDevelop planning assumptions to support medium-term and long-term lifecycle, demand, sourcing, investment, and portfolio decisions.\nLead product evolution initiatives, including service modernization, automation, sourcing strategies, and hardware lifecycle optimization.\nDrive performance and customer value\nDefine meaningful product KPIs and use them to measure adoption, service quality, operational performance, and value realization.\nMonitor product performance, planning assumptions, and forecast accuracy.\nAnalyze deviations and coordinate corrective actions when needed.\nPromote a consistent, high-quality user experience across global markets and organizational units.\nBalance customer value with total cost of ownership, operational efficiency, and business priorities.\nLead through collaboration\nBuild alignment across business, technology, finance, operations, procurement, and service organizations.\nCoordinate decisions and delivery in a global matrix environment.\nCreate clarity around priorities, responsibilities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.\nWork effectively with teams across different cultures and time zones.\nSupport the development of Product Management capabilities and shared practices across End Device Products.\nSteer partners and commercial outcomes\nManage relationships with internal partners and external service providers.\nContribute to sourcing initiatives, supplier governance, commercial steering, and contract-related decisions.\nEvaluate scenarios and make informed trade-offs between customer demand, operational constraints, supplier capabilities, risk, and financial targets.\nHelp ensure benchmark-level service quality and cost efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.\n We recognize that great candidates bring different combinations of experience and expertise. If you meet most of the required qualifications and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply, even if your background does not match every preferred qualification.\nRequired qualifications\nExperience managing complex products or services across their lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and performance management.\nAbility to identify customer problems and translate them into clear product outcomes and actionable plans.\nExperience defining and using product KPIs to support decision-making and value realization.\nStrong business understanding, including the ability to evaluate risks, investments, costs, and strategic trade-offs.\nExperience building alignment and driving progress across multiple teams without relying on direct reporting relationships.\nAbility to collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology, finance, operations, procurement, or service delivery.\nA structured, data-informed approach to planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.\nAbility to work effectively in a global environment and coordinate activities across different cultures and time zones.\nProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English.\nNice to have\nExperience with digital workplace, employee experience, enterprise technology, platform products, or IT services.\nKnowledge of workplace devices, endpoint management, device lifecycle management, or related service environments.\nExperience with supplier management, sourcing initiatives, commercial steering, or contract governance.\nUnderstanding of enterprise operating models, financial management, or governance structures.\nExperience using reporting, analytics, or automation to improve services and product performance.\nA university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nTraining or certification in Product Management, IT Service Management, Agile ways of working, or business management.\nWorking knowledge of German.\nHow you work\nYou are:\nCustomer-focused and able to see both user needs and the wider business context.\nStrategic while remaining comfortable working with operational detail.\nCurious, adaptable, and motivated to improve products and services.\nComfortable making decisions in complex situations where not every answer is immediately available.\nAble to communicate clearly, create alignment, and bring different perspectives together.\nFocused on outcomes, shared ownership, and continuous learning.\n Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
