The role will lead the O2C team and be responsible for delivering SAP ECC (R/3) O2C continuous development business requirements. It requires strong O2C domain and functional knowledge, proven experience in both SAP R/3 and S/4 technologies, expertise in process optimization and system integration initiatives and the ability to lead, support and guide teams toward timely and high-quality delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and drive SAP ECC (R/3) O2C Continuous development business requirements from requirement analysis through solution deployment.\n\nApply a systematic approach to requirement analysis, process concept definition, technical concept work and solution validation.\n\nDiscuss and coordinate O2C requirements with process experts and define scalable process concepts and deployment approaches.\n\nBring strong functional SAP SD process knowledge, including hands-on working experience in SAP ECC R/3 and custom developments.\n\nTranslating high-level business and customer requirements into detailed, actionable Agile user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications.\n\nCoordinate technical developments with functional and development teams, verify technical aspects and support end-to-end solution deployment.\n\nWork effectively with cross-functional processes such as FI, MM, LE and related integration areas.\n\nApply working experience in interface setups such as EDI, Webservice, RFC and related integration mechanisms.\n\nHandle BRs/CRs development and ensure alignment with business priorities, technical feasibility and delivery commitments.\n\nDrive digital transformation initiatives including automation, analytics and AI-led improvements where relevant to O2C delivery.\n\nManage risks, dependencies and escalations proactively to support timely resolution and business continuity.\n\nDrive collaboration across global and cross-cultural teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.\n\nCollaboration with the IT Product Owner, ensuring sprint goals align with business priorities and technical feasibility.\n\nSupport IT PO in sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint reviews to ensure clear, continuous delivery progress.\n\nLead, motivate and guide team members while ensuring optimal utilization, skill alignment and a learning-driven culture.\n\n Educational qualification:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or a related field and/or MBA/MCA degree\nExperience :\nMinimum 8+ years of SAP O2C/SD experience across rollout and support projects.\nMandatory/requires Skills :\nEnd-to-end SAP O2C/SD configuration (Ordering, Pricing, Shipping, Billing) with R/3, S/4 HANA & EDI/IDoc interface design.\nPreferred Skills :\nSAP O2C certifications and Agile certifications are an added advantage.\n Primarily supports SAP ECC (R/3), might also get to work on S/4 in the future as per potential opportunities that may
