As responsible engineering team member for additional launch release (ALR)/relocation/promotion/SDA (Sales Driven Activity) etc. projects mainly include:\n- Clarify and define the product requirements with customers.\n- Establish BOM and create new 2D/3D drawings.\n- Work with QPV to define test plan, analyze test failures and improve design.\n- Coordinate engineering activities like DFMEA and agency approval etc.\n2. Support plant for daily maintenance of assigned product category.\n3. Support plant for activities of cost reduction and quality improvement.\n4. Design optimization for series products and components.\n5. Conduct products updating to comply with the latest international and country standards.\n6. Manage power tools product certification for new products and existing products in coordination with test houses, create and track product certification plan for new products.\n7. Approves engineering change requests for product approval related components. Advises on impact of change for approval of affected products.\n8.
