This role focuses on preventing issues, executing problem-solving, and collaborating closely with Production, Processes, and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).\nMain Responsibilities\n Drive Proactive Maintenance: Develop, manage, and optimize data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM) to anticipate failures.\nCollaborate for Improvement: Act as the key maintenance partner for Production, Processes, and Quality teams to enhance equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment failures to implement robust, long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.\nProvide Technical Leadership: Offer high-level support for complex equipment issues and manage spare parts strategy for critical components.\n Knowledge & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.\nStrong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, industrial controls, and robotics.\nProficient in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.\nFamiliar with TPM principles (Corrective, Preventive, Predictive) and structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Shainin).\nAttitude & Skills\nProactive & Preventive Mindset: You don't just fix today's problems; you prevent tomorrow's.\nDeep Sense of Ownership: You feel accountable for equipment performance and see challenges through to the end.\nStructured thinking: Organizes daily activities, prioritizes according to importance, and applies analytical thinking instead of acting on impulse.\nData-Driven Problem Solver: You use data to make decisions and employ a systematic approach to troubleshooting.\nCollaborative Partner: You build strong relationships and communicate effectively across departments to achieve shared goals.\n Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
