Manufacturing Systems Support Provide technical support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize manufacturing IT applications.\nTroubleshoot production system issues to minimize downtime.\nCoordinate system start-ups, modifications, and deployment activities.\nSupport production teams in implementing manufacturing process requirements through IT solutions.\n2. IT Operations & Infrastructure\nCoordinate the entire lifecycle of all manufacturing IT clients and infrastructure\nFirst-level support and administration of production servers\nSupport manufacturing databases (Oracle, SQL-Server, etc.).\nMonitor system performance, backups, and recovery processes.\nManage software updates and maintenance activities\nPerform application and infrastructure Migrations\nIndependently execute network change requests and manage IT requirements for new equipment installations and plant relocations.\n3. Industrial IT Security (OT Security)\nImplement and maintain Industrial IT Security requirements.\nEnsure compliance with Bosch One Industrial IT Security standards.\nSupport vulnerability management, patching, access management, and risk assessments.\nServe as the local coordinator for IT/OT security, aligning system requirements between manufacturing operationsin the plant and central guidelines.\nCoordinate cybersecurity measures for manufacturing and OT environments.\n4. Incident & Change Management\nLead incident investigation and root cause analysis.\nCoordinate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nManage system changes according to approved procedures.\nMaintain system documentation and operating concepts.\n5. User Support & Training\nTrain Manufacturing associates and engineers on manufacturing IT systems.\nDevelop user guides and work instructions.\nProvide consultation for process improvements and digitalization initiatives.\nParticipate in global competence networks and best-practice sharing.\n6.
