Bosch is a German engineering and technology group founded in Stuttgart in 1886 by Robert Bosch as a workshop for precision mechanics and electrical engineering. It is the largest automotive supplier in the world, making braking, steering, powertrain, sensor and driver assistance systems for nearly every carmaker, and it also produces power tools, home appliances through BSH, industrial drives through Rexroth, and building security and heating systems. Around ninety per cent of the company is owned by a charitable foundation, an ownership structure that gives it unusual freedom to invest across long research cycles including semiconductors and hydrogen.

Our drive and control technologies ensure efficient, powerful and safe movement in machines and systems of any size. We inspire our customers with intelligent components, tailored system solutions, and services - from fully connected applications to the factory of the future. Bosch Rexroth is dedicated to making the world a better place through innovation and technology. We are looking for associates who will take on our customers’ challenges with passion and persistence until the right solution is found and who will thrive in a face-paced, collaborative and exciting environment.

Bosch Rexroth North America is looking for a driven, tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to be a key player in our success. This isn't just a support role; you will be part of the central nervous system of our marketing technology stack, driving efficiency, innovation, and measurable results.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Support and working in close collaboration with the Marketing Automation Manager, you will be our in-house HubSpot expert, a strategic partner to our internal stakeholders, and a catalyst for continuous improvement. If you are a disciplined, proactive problem-solver with a passion for leveraging technology to achieve business goals and influence change, this role is for you. Join us to learn, teach, and collaborate daily on the tools and ideas that bring our world-class products to market and drive consideration and conversion.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Partnership & Consultation: Act as a service-minded consultant to internal marketing and sales teams. Understand their unique business goals, guide them toward best practices, and tailor sophisticated yet efficient and sustainable solutions within HubSpot to improve their campaign performance and provide insights that feed data-informed marketing investment decisions.
  • HubSpot Mastery & Innovation: Own the technical and strategic functionality of HubSpot. Regularly leverage embedded AI and advanced features to optimize workflows. Serve as the North American regional expert, managing users, ensuring data integrity, and leading training initiatives.
  • Process Optimization & Execution: Design, build, and flawlessly ensure the execution of marketing automation programs, supporting the accuracy of critical elements from audience segmentation and lead nurturing to drip campaigns and scoring and reporting. Your work will ensure impeccable accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Data Integrity & Analytics: Take ownership of our marketing database, ensuring its hygiene, segmentation, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions and prove the value of nurturing contacts and companies.
  • Risk Mitigation & Proactive Management: Anticipate potential risks in workflows, campaigns, data integrations, and system processes. Proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth, error-free operations. Bear ultimate responsibility for adherence to CAN-SPAM in use of HubSpot managed data.
  • Technology Integration & Advancement: Push our martech stack forward. Explore and advocate for the integration of cutting-edge tools like ABM platforms and other technologies to enhance our capabilities, challenge the status quo, and keep Bosch Rexroth at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Who You Are:

  • Extremely Organized & Efficient: You have a natural gift for organization, prioritization, and time management. You work with speed and focus, turning complex projects into disciplined, actionable steps.
  • A Polished & Persistent Communicator: You are an exceptional communicator, skilled at using multiple channels to connect with busy stakeholders. You have strong presentation skills and can articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
  • Meticulously Detail-Oriented: You have an unwavering commitment to accuracy, a sharp eye for detail, and consistent follow-through. You believe that excellence is in the details and ensure every campaign and process is flawless.
  • A Proactive Problem-Solver: You don't wait for problems to happen. You expect the unexpected. You are an independent thinker who anticipates risks, mitigates them early, and are constantly looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. You are resilient and easily recover when anticipated solutions do not go as planned and quickly have more proposed solutions to offer.
  • An Influential Collaborator: You possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without direct authority. You build strong, cross-functional relationships based on trust and expertise. You understand and can easily navigate large, international, matrixed organizations and are not intimidated by their complexities.
  • Tech-Forward & Hungry to Learn: You are an expert in marketing automation platforms and excited by new technologies like AI and integrative platforms (e.g., Demandbase). You have a continuous improvement mindset and are eager to push the organization to evolve.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing automation role, with deep expertise in HubSpot.
  • Demonstrable experience creating, executing, and optimizing complex lead nurturing campaigns and workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage a marketing database, including segmentation, data cleansing, and lead management.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred:

  • Experience with B2B marketing in a complex, multi-channel sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, Salesforce) and understanding of system integrations.
