The role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, communications, event management, procurement, supplier management and marketing administration, whilst working closely with Product Specialists, external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdvertising\nCreate, update and proofread digital advertising materials, banners and promotional assets.\nSupport website campaigns and online marketing activities.\nCoordinate stakeholder approvals for marketing content.\nProduct Newsletters\nProduce and distribute product newsletters.\nGather content and approvals from Product Specialists and key stakeholders.\nUpdate newsletter content, imagery and editorial material.\nSocial Media & Digital Campaign Support\nSupport the planning and coordination of social media campaigns.\nWork with Bosch Europe and agency partners to deliver boosted content and paid social media advertising.\nCoordinate campaign assets, approvals and stakeholder feedback.\nMonitor campaign performance and support reporting activities.\nWebsite Content Management\nSupport website updates and content maintenance.\nUpload and manage digital marketing assets.\nAssist with website promotions and campaign content.\nPurchase Orders & Supplier Management\nRaise and track purchase orders.\nLiaise with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries and invoices.\nMaintain procurement records and tracking documents.\nSupport procurement and finance processes.\nSAP Internal Ordering\nProcess internal product and marketing-related orders through SAP.\nSupport supplier setup and procurement administration activities.\nEvent & Exhibition Support\nSupport the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows and events.\nCoordinate event materials, giveaways and promotional items.\nAssist with logistics, supplier coordination and event administration.\nMarketing Asset Management\nMaintain and organise marketing materials and digital assets.\nUpdate brochures, flyers and literature.\nSource approved assets from internal marketing platforms.\nClothing & Merchandise Ordering\nManage branded clothing and merchandise requests.\nObtain quotations, place orders and coordinate deliveries.\nLiaise with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment.\nGeneral Marketing Administration\nMaintain marketing trackers, records and spreadsheets.\nCoordinate approvals and internal communications.\nProvide administrative support across marketing campaigns and projects.\nThis placement offers broad exposure to all areas of a busy marketing department and provides practical experience in campaign delivery, stakeholder management, supplier coordination and business operations.\n Essential Criteria\nCurrently studying towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nConfident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.\nProactive and willing to learn.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nProfessional approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.\nDesirable Criteria\nPrevious experience of marketing, communications, events or social media activity.\nFamiliarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.\nExperience managing social media channels.\nInterest in digital marketing and the automotive industry.\nUnderstanding of website content management systems.\nAwareness of procurement or purchase order processes.\nExperience working with data, reporting or marketing analytics.\n This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2027. This position isopen to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Denham office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey.
