Bosch's Waltham facility is made up of 25 engineers, test and measurement laboratories, and a prototype shop, all working on advanced development projects for multiple product areas within the Bosch group.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop products for use in automotive thermal systems.\nApply new air moving technologies to application projects.\nDevelop and improve in-house design and application tools.\nDesign experiments and apply measurement technologies to quantify part performance.\nDesign, prototype, and test new designs.\n Required:\nBS degree in mechanical, aeronautical or ocean engineering.\nOne or more years of relevant work or internship experience, including laboratory or equivalent hands-on experience.\nDesired:\nHands-on approach with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.\nProven problem-solving skills and self-starter attitude.\nKnowledge of part design and testing, and strong mechanical aptitude. \nKnowledge of CAD, FEA, injection molding, machining, and computer programming.\n Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.\nAdditional Information\nThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between the range of $80,000-88,000 individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
