The Mid-Level EDI Support Analyst is responsible for coordinating and supporting EDI implementations and production operations, acting as a key interface between customers, Sales, SAP consultants, developers, and other internal teams. The role combines EDI technical expertise, customer coordination, mapping development, and advanced support, ensuring solutions follow established EDI and TSIM standards while delivering stable and reliable integrations. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for EDI-related topics, coordinating activities between customers, Sales, SAP consultants, developers, and other stakeholders. Coordinate EDI implementation requests according to established processes, standards, and development guidelines.
