Planning of assembly processes flow considering manufacturing efficiency.\n2. Define equipment specification in accordance to product specification. Setup and\nrelease manufacturing cells on time, at budget and with desired requirement under\nsupervision of relevant assembly lead.\n3. Involve in each project stages to evaluate equipment and process performance.\nFormulate technical and/or performance reports by collecting, analyzing and\nsummarizing information and trends.\n4. Identify and establish process specifications, maintenance strategies and other\nmanufacturing documents required for line release activity.\n5. Involve problem solving methodology in assembly processes and equipment. In\nmeantime also developing troubleshooting guide and training of technical know-how to\ntechnician together with senior module engineers.\n6. Actively participate in system CIP on value disposition as in S-Q-C-D (Safety, Quality,\nCost & Delivery).\n7. Provide effective countermeasure in technical flaw encompassed with corrective and\npreventive action plan.\n8. Study, evaluate and improve the technical capacity and capability in assembly\nprocesses accorded to customer’s demand under supervision of senior module\nengineers.\n9. Continuously strive for higher and sustainable OEE, FPY, MTTR, MTBF.\n10. Emphasize the intensity of team work culture in VSO (Value Stream Organization)\nmoving towards operational excellence.\n11. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.\n Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.\n2 years of working experience in manufacturing, assembly, or process engineering environment.
