The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.\nManufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.\nR&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.\n Lead the development and manufacturing of new mold insert spare parts in the precision machining workshop.\nPlan and prioritization mold insert spare part manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, quality and compliance.\nProvide continuous improvement in mold manufacturing process and develop technician competency.\nLead and monitor expenses, cost consumable and identify cost-saving opportunities in tool workshop.\nLead activity/ workshop to improve quality and safety topics.\n Bachelor's degree in Mold & Die engineer/ Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related fields\n5 years of experience in mold manufacturing.\nAdvance knowledge for precision machining process EDM, HSM, Wire cut, Grinding, Laser welding\nKnowledge new insert spare part making and mold tool repair process.\nAble to us 3D NX, CAD/CAM ,Solid work, Inventer\nRoot cause analysis , Problem solving\nGood command in both Thai and English\n Your advantages\nYou get a behind the scenes look into the workings of a global player - at your request outside Thailand.
