With a dynamic team, we develop customized solutions for sports cars and commercial vehicles, as well as for vehicles from the power sport, aviation, and watercraft areas, based on innovative, high-tech products from Bosch.\nAs an Intern Motorsport Engineer within the team, you will be responsible for:\nAssist current Motorsport Engineers in technical support and project coordination for customers.\nExtra support to the customer with troubleshooting, system start up, test and possibility of racetrack support.\nAiding the Engineers with commercial processes and the acquisition of new projects.\nSystem design for Motorsport projects on the engine and chassis sides.\nConfiguration of the Bosch Motorsport electronics (display, body computer, logging system).\nCalibration of ECU/VCU and other Bosch Motorsport hardware.\n Studying for an undergraduate or Masters degree and required to take a placement as part of your course.\nStudying Automotive, motorsport or mechanical engineering degree (Achieving 2:1or higher).\nKnowledge of engine hardware, combustion theory and thermodynamics for high-performance engines.\nKnowledge of direct injection and spark topics.\nKnowledge of network communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Etc).\nGood presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.\nAssertiveness, ready to work under pressure and good organization.\nFluent in English.\nReadiness to travel in UK and worldwide, readiness to work on weekends.\n This is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2027. This position isopen to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Nuneaton office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.\nInterview Process and Right to Work Information: \nShortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.\nYou must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.
