In 2017, Malaysia contributed sales of RM 615 million (127 million euro) and employed more than 2,800 associates.\n Order Planning / Order Management Responsibilities:\nLiaise with customers on orders loading and fulfillment with effective coordination between internal and external parties.\nContribute to Supply Availability Dashboard: Report FG availability & production/material issues.\nRegularly review materials & capacity situation with VS-LOP planners, identify potential restrictions.\nDrive backlog reduction & communicate recovery plan to BU/LOG, PT/LOP & SC.\nTrack and analyze customer demand trend and forecast accuracy for inventory control.\nValidate forecast with respective regions or CSO against RPP/CAPL.\nDrive BU/LOG for Midterm Forecast (MTP) in system to enable resource planning in the plant.\nPrepare and share weekly order list.\nTrack and report the daily schedule vs. production actual output.\nSet priorities in sales orders and work closely with shipping department on urgent FG shipments.\nArrange and lead Supply Validation (SV) Meeting with BU to review mid/long term RPP vs customer forecast.\nLead routine conference call with customers.\nEngage and work with project team on new project ramp up, master data set up in system.\nMonitor forecast and order loading for new products & products under ramp down or phase out plan.\nWork with BU/LOG to coordinate return FG from IDC/RDCs/LDCs.\nWork closely with other functional team and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.\nWork closely with logistic team on shipment arrangement.\nSupport quarterly CAPL analysis activity.\nSupport and prepare management reports (including BPS related) as and when necessary.\nManage, control & minimize outbound air freight.\nTrack & analyze delivery relevant KPIs - Eg. SL1, LT0, AQ.\nInventory Planning in IDC/RDC warehouse:\nReview daily replenishment status in IDC/RDC/LDC & early warning reports, discuss measures to resolve bottleneck situation together with BU/LOG, PT/LOP & SC.\nIn bottleneck situation, liaise with BU/LOG on allocation plan.\nTrack & analyze FG inventory TCT for selected A-items.\nSet up material master for new SKUs in P13 & add*One.\nHandle PO & outbound delivery for Marketing & Sales samples.\nSupporting role:\nAttend & contribute in VS Daily Delivery Meeting (DDM) to review delivery issues & align priority.\nAttend & contribute in Plant Delivery Meeting (DM).\nContribute on PPT system / departmental improvement activities.\nAd-hoc tasks as requested by Superior.\n Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies, Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.\nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in the field of order management / customer service.
