Responsible as main interface with customer with effective coordination internally in\naddressing issues.\n2. Responsible for customer order management.\n3. Analyze sales forecast with sales team.\n4. Analyze customer demand and customer pull pattern for inventory control at plant and\nexternal warehouse\na. Minimize overhanging materials).\nb. Maintain, check and ensure accuracy of demand loading in SAP for MRP run to fulfill\ncustomer requirement based on priority.\n5. Prepare production schedule with the objective of:\na. BPS principles\nb. Meeting customers’ demands and achieving 100% daily attainment\nc. Optimizing utilization of manufacturing resources (e.g. minimizing set-up or conversion\nlosses)\nd. Controlling inventory accuracy\ne. Tracking daily schedule vs. production actual output\n6. Attend daily operation meeting on critical supply materials.\n7. Coordinate raw material issues with LOP Procurement Planner in affected Value\nStream.\n8. Coordinate common raw material issues with SMT Value Stream Manager.\n9. Set priorities with the operational logistic section on the movement of finished products\nfor timely shipment.\n10. Coordinate shipment arrangement with counterpart.\n11. Strategic planning to minimize special premium cost (e.g. change of ship mode) to\nsupport situation requirement.\n12. Work on special freight claims and OT (overtime) claims due to customer short lead-\ntime pull-in request.\n13. Prepare reports e.g. Delivery Performance, Attainment report etc. as and when\nneeded.\n14. Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. Supplier Kanban,\nProduction Kanban, Leveling and EPEI for continuous improvement.\n15. Work together and support each other within LOG.\n16. Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.\n17. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.\n18.
