We’re bound to the purpose of the Robert Bosch Foundation; our success directly benefits society, the environment, and future generations.\nWork #LikeABosch\nWe are looking for Power Tools Field Supervisor - Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters located in İstanbul.\n Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts.\n Oversee the development and performance management of the team.\n Ensure the achievement of target vs. actual results within the team.\n Manage and monitor all pre- and post-sales activities.\n Ensure adherence to application and operational standards.\n Oversee display and stand positioning to enhance visual presence.\n Drive increased visual awareness and shelf space share.\n Ensure alignment with company priorities in the application of standards.\n Ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region.\n Monitor and ensure adherence to routing schedules.\n Optimize inefficient routes to improve productivity.\n Actively train and work alongside the team to ensure high performance.\n Continuously enhance skills and competencies by working closely with the team.\n Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in a related field.\nIn-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools.\nProven negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nWillingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed.\nPrior experience in managing key accounts and client relationships.\nStrong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.\n What we offer\nOur promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.
