Whether in the areas of mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology or energy and building technology - with us, you will have the chance to improve the lives of people across the world.\nWelcome to Bosch.\nThe Bosch Group operates in four business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology employing over 420,000 associates in 128 countries worldwide - 85,000 associates in research and development, of which nearly 44,000 are software engineers, and more than 6,000 associates in the UK and Ireland.\n As a Powertrain intern, your day-to-day tasks will vary but could include the following:\nWorking with the Bosch calibration team on new machine development.\nSupport calibration team in calibrating and validating work packages locally at UK.\nSupport calibration project manager with management task as preparing timeline.\nPreparing calibration release documents, support for PRS-C review preparation.\nCoordination with internal stake holders as per timeline & meet customer deliverables.\nSupport trouble shooting and testing for calibration activities at customer site.\n Studying for a relevant undergraduate or masters degree and required to take a placement as part of your course (Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering background preferred).\nThis is an engineering role, with strong focus on automotive development.\nKnowledge/interest in automotive powertrain.\nGood experience with working with Excel, word & power presentation.\nFull UK driving license is required.\nAbility to organise own work and work autonomously.\nGood analytical skills and attention to detail.\nGood interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.\nGood written and spoken English.\n This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2027. This position isopen to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Coventry office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.\nInterview Process and Right to Work Information: \nShortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.\nYou must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.
