- Während deines Praktikums tauchst du tief in die Entwicklung von Fertigungsverfahren und Prozessen für die Herstellung mikroelektromechanischer Systeme (MEMS) der neuesten Generation ein.
- Im internationalen Entwicklungsteam erlebst du die MEMS-Entwicklung hautnah und gewinnst einen umfassenden Überblick über die neuesten Technologien.
- Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Erstellung und Durchführung von Experimenten und Konzeptstudien und begleitest Waferprozessierungen im Reinraum.
- Nicht zuletzt vertrittst du deine Auswertungen und Konzepte gegenüber dem Entwicklungsteam.
- Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Physik, Chemie, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Mikrosystemtechnik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: Kenntnisse in Halbleiter- und MEMS-Fertigungsprozessen; Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse und -auswertung in Python; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Reinraumerfahrung wünschenswert
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du bringst dich mit großem Engagement ein; dir gelingt es, Aufgaben strukturiert anzugehen und du passt dich schnell an neue Gegebenheiten an, wobei du deine ideenreichen Konzepte offen mit dem Team teilst
- Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
- Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
Beginn: ab September oder Oktober 2026
Dauer: 6 Monate
