Welcome to Bosch.\nThis site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.\nManufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.\nR&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.\n Act as a Value Stream Controller for the assigned business area, with a focus on:\n\nMonthly international business reviews.\nQuarterly forecasting and annual budgeting.\nActual budget tracking and variance analysis.\nPreparation and support of management reports.\nPerform profitability calculations to support new business opportunities and product relocation projects to Thailand.\nManage pass-through business controlling, with a focus on P&L steering and profitability monitoring.\nPrepare monthly Value Stream cost overviews and continuously improve cost transparency.\n\nAct as a business partner to Cost Center Responsible Managers, including budget monitoring, variance analysis, and providing financial transparency.\n\nDrive the continuous improvement of controlling tools and processes, including the integration and application of AI solutions.\n\nAdditional tasks assignments by Manager.\n\n Education Background:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\nQualifications:\nGood command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.\nAbility to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines. \nReliable, accountable, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.\nStrong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex business scenarios.\nProactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement of existing tools and processes.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating across departments, locations, and different organizational levels.\nStrong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to plant, business unit, regional, and executive management.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems;
