Assess and provide guidance from development perspective to commodity related issues such as plastics, die-cast, stamping, etc. Technical responsibility for cost reduction initiatives such as component localization in North America and RPP (Ratio Project Planning).\nAssess technical impact of product deviation from the mechanical side.\n Education:\nBS Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.\nWorking Experience:\n3 to 4 years in similar roles.\nSoft Skills:\nCreative, proactive, analytic, leadership and good negotiation skills, teamwork and good communication skills.
