implementation and improvement: (Optional for BPS planner)\nValue stream planning and CIP\nStandardized work and cycle time planning\nCycle time reduction project\nPlanning and calculating of Production Line capacity VS demand.\nInternal Logistics:\nDefine and maintain supermarket of Raw Materials, Semi-FG, FG\nKANBAN systems for raw materials and finished goods\nQuick Change Over (QCO) Improvement\nTrainings of BPS procedure inside MFG team.\nCoordinate the activities of internal departments to achieve desired outcomes (engineering changes, process improvements, specification clarify with design group etc).\nAssist with activities concerning external (customer, compliance) and internalquality system audits.\nMonitor and improve new product failure rate, defect cost and production line delivery performance.\nCoordinate and support Ratio (Cost Improvement) Project tasks.\nCoordinate activities necessary for prompt resolution of customer/internal quality concerns and document actions.\nEstablish production concepts, determine necessary equipment investment and labour requirement for quotation (EVOB) purposes.\nSample GEZ/WIP reduction and improvement.\nBachelor degree\n5+ years experience of Project planning, New Product Introduction Project working experience, industrial engineering work\nProduct planning\nProject management\nERP/SAP
