with internal teams, business partners and customers.\nProvide system documentation to partners/end users during boiler house installation\nCoordinate kick-off meetings with partners/end users, ensuring that installation reports, videos, and photos are available\nSupervise mechanical and electrical installation and piping by partners/end users during boiler house installation, in accordance with Bosch and local regulations\nEnsure the system is ready for commissioning and coordinate with the After Sales Team\nSupport successful commissioning, ensuring all system functions operate properly\nSupport the reporting and archiving of commissioning reports, performance reports, operator training documentation, protocols, and performance deviations\nSupport the sales team and provide comprehensive field guidance during the installation phase\nConduct regular training sessions for partners\n Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial hot water and steam boiler systems\nStrong technical knowledge of industrial boiler systems, including burners, combustion management, safety controls, and mechanical/electrical installations\nExperience in boiler control systems, automation, industrial system integration, and communication protocols\nKnowledge of piping systems, water treatment, and related industrial boiler applications\nStrong project coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset\nGood command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nWillingness to travel extensively and a valid driving
