This covers everything, from community to the environment, to being a social employer. \nFlexibility & Freedom: We strive to give you a balance between your work and home life, as well as the freedom to drive your career forward. \n International Opportunities: We are a truly global, fully networked company, with locations in more than 80 countries all over the world. \n Internal Resource Management & Cross-Functional Leadership\nAssemble, lead, and guide cross-functional project teams comprising Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales.\nDefine internal resource allocations, balance workloads across project milestones, and resolve resource conflicts.\nFoster high team accountability, transparent communication, and alignment with overall corporate and program objectives.\nManufacturing Coordination & Component Sourcing\nPartner closely with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to track component availability, supplier readiness, tooling lead times, and bill-of-materials (BOM) cost targets.\nCoordinate with plant manufacturing engineering and plant operations to ensure smooth production\nIdentify bottlenecks and risks early, formulating effective mitigation and dual-sourcing strategies where appropriate.\nSchedule, Milestones & Delivery Date Tracking\nDevelop and maintain integrated master project schedules (WBS, Gantt charts, critical path tracking).\nTrack critical path items, identify schedule variances proactively, and implement recovery plans to guarantee on-time customer delivery.\nCustomer Change Management & Scope Control\nServe as the primary operational interface for engineering change requests (ECR/) submitted by external clients or internal teams.\nEvaluate the technical, financial, and schedule impacts of design and process modifications.\nPresent change impact assessments to stakeholders, secure customer commercial approvals, and ensure synchronized implementation across suppliers and shop floor operations.\nQuality Gate Governance & Phase Reviews\nPlan, lead, and document formal Quality Gate reviews across all project phases.\nEnsure all phase deliverable sign-offs are obtained .\nLessons Learned & Continuous Improvement\nFacilitate post-phase and post-project \"Lessons Learned\" workshops to identify best practices and recurring failure modes.\nMaintain a central knowledge repository and ensure insights are fed back into design guidelines, manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and future project planning.\nParticipate in driving operational excellence initiatives \n Education & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent technical field. PMP is an asset. \nExperience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a discrete manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial technology environment.\nSoft Skills & Leadership\nStakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities under tight timelines.\nVerbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between cross-functional teams such as shop floor operators, suppliers, executive leaders, logistics and planning and customers.\n Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
