creating schedules and budgets, and determining the scope of work.\nTracking progress, reporting results, and managing risk and budget.\nEnsure availability of required resources and alignment of project investments.\nTranslate customer requirements and specifications into technical solutions, considering relevant normative and regulatory requirements (e.g. North America standards).\nEvaluate technical and economic feasibility of project concepts.\nCoordinate cross-functional and cross-location stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.\nDrive cost optimization initiatives and meetings, workshops, and project presentations\n Experience:\nUniversity degree in engineering, natural sciences or a related field\nMandatory fluent level of English and Polish\nMin 3 years of experience in project management within an engineering or product development environment\nExperience in an industrial or manufacturing company\nFunctional competencies:\nStrong project management expertise (basic to advanced depending on project category)\nStrong knowledge of engineering methods and development processes\nProficiency in project and budget management tools\nRisk management skills, identifying threats and minimizing them\nRapid situation analysis and proficient problem-solving\nStakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration\nBehavioral competencies:\nHigh level of interpersonal and communication skills\nStrategic thinking and results-oriented mindset\nAbility to mediate, de-escalate disputes, and conduct constructive negotiations with stakeholders.\nThe ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions or project modifications.\nLeadership, team facilitation, and communication skills\nOpenness to change and continuous
