Work LikeABosch\nExecute & deploy ME Project Management Strategy\n Apply ME Standards (process, method, tools) and shape BU specific PM\nImplement consequentProject Portfolio Management consistent with ME Strategy\nEnsure & track maintenance and quality of project data, required e.g. for portfolio management, success critical PM KPI’s (e.g. PM Maturity, Budget adhearance)\nEnsure proper organization of Steering/Review Committees 1 of all Projects in BU / Plant and support with relevant PM data\nCoach and support Non-PEP/PEP Projects andPEP-Operations in BU / Plant\nActively collect feedback from Projects to contribute to further improvement of BBM PM framework and PM excellence at BBM\nConsult Project Managers development of PM employees, get support by ME/PMO if required\nModeration of Project workshops, e.g. Kick-Off, Lessons Learned\nRepresent BU / Plant perspective w.r.t. in ME Project Management network\nReceive PMO targets by ME/PMO enriched with BU/Plant business needs.\n Work experience in project management, strong organization and project coordination skills;\nExperienced and willing to work in an international environment\nStrategic view
