Welcome to Bosch.\n 1.Responsible for Technology monitoring (procurement market and competition).\n2.New parts or New supplier launch management\n3.New supplier development and Management\n4.Leading technical review meeting and price negotiation for new product development with supplier to meet target cost\n5.Project management and track the project till 1 year after SOP\n6.RPP and Fit to Market project , ECR handling.\n7.SAP Data setting and maintenance\n8.RFQ, validation and comparison for new parts based on panel+biders list\n9.Identify material/parts/techniques with localization possibility\n10.Coordination of SE work with suppliers, implementation of concept competitions.\n11.Supplier scouting and selection with PUQ, process acceptance supplier.\n12.Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection Inquiries new part.\n13.Determine Q requirements (regarding tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc.) in technical talks with suppliers\n14.Identify material/parts/techniques with related department and project-related change management\n15.Localization projects, management external procurement part projects.\n16.Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery.\n 1. Bachelor degree or above\n2. Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in mechanical or electronic industry.\n3. Good experience at project management\n4. Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000 quality management system and tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC etc)\n5. Familiar with mechanical, electrical components manufacturing process and quality management sense.\n6. Rich Experience on supplier development\n7. Good communication skill & interpersonal skill\n8. Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent, teamwork player.)\n9.
