Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders worldwide, you will contribute to purchasing activities that support strategic decision-making and business success.\nYour contribution to something big:\nSupport the collection and analysis of purchasing, supplier, and market data to identify opportunities for standardization, consolidation, and process improvement.\nContribute to the development and implementation of category and material field purchasing strategies.\nAssist in part family planning activities and support purchasing-related projects.\nSupport ramp-up activities for new products by coordinating supplier readiness and securing material availability.\nHelp identify and communicate supply risks and material shortages to internal stakeholders while supporting mitigation actions.\nCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to contribute to stable supply chain operations.\nPrepare reports and support stakeholder communication across different organizational levels.\nManage operational purchasing topics independently and ensure timely follow-up of actions.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing tools and systems, including SAP and PILUM.\nBuild effective working relationships with suppliers and international business partners.\n What distinguishes you:\nEducation\nDegree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\nExperience\nInitial professional experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Commercial Functions, or a related area.\nExperience working with suppliers or supporting procurement processes is an advantage.\nKnow-how\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nInterest in procurement, supplier management, and supply chain processes.\nGood understanding of data analysis and reporting.\nNegotiation knowledge or experience is a plus.\nFamiliarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.\nLanguages\nFluent English, written and spoken.\nGerman language skills are a plus.\nWorking Style and Methods\nStructured, proactive, and detail-oriented working approach.\nAbility to build strong relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nStrong organizational and coordination skills.\nPersonality\nSelf-motivated and eager to learn.\nTeam player with a collaborative mindset.\nResilient and able to work effectively under pressure.\nStrong communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude.\nFlexible and adaptable in an international environment.\n Please note that your application for this position may be subject to a Pre-Employment Screening (PES).
