Customer requirement management:\nGather and document customer technical requirements and preferences.\nTranslate customer implicit requirements into technical specifications and transfer to internal engineering team.\nNegotiation with customer to balance the customer need and internal capability, documentation and management negotiation result.\n2. Technical communication with customer:\nPrimary contact for customer about technical and engineering-related matters.\nProvide technical support to customers, including addressing inquiries, quality issues, and offering guidance.\nUnderstand customer needs, expectations, and concerns to ensure effective communication.\nTranslate customer needs and expectations into technically feasible solutions.\nManage customer requests and work packages in project, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.\nMonitor project progress and report updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key customer.\n3.
