evaluation of customer specifications\nFormation of field load spectrum and mission profile\nApplication assessments with regard to field load and mounting conditions\nPrepare the design validation plan and production validation plan with detailed test conditions and evaluation criteria\nReliability evaluation based on load and load capacity of design elements, and perform lifetime estimation\nPerform failure anlaysis in a systematic way to derive the root cause and measures\nPrepare the internal and external validation report based on function and physical analysis result\nBuild up knowledge regarding product specific failure mechanisms and failure modes\nPrepare the QZ specification for project if it is necessary\nPrepare the reliability prediction / risk assessment for project\nSupport to prepare the TCD (technical customer document)\nSupport project team for evaluate and improve product reliability performance\nSupport validation engineer for test methods, test setup and trouble shooting\nCommunicate with Bosch worldwide development network\nCreate 3D model and drawing create with creo, tolerance calculation, build prototype.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEducation and working experience：\n-Bachelor in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar\n-Working Experience:2 years' in electrical unit, or PCB manufacturing, or mechanical engineering related\n-Knowledge/Skills:Master most important failure mechanism of electrical control unit, experience with Weibull tools\nSoft skills\n-Intercultural competence\n-Fluent English communication skill is required\n-Resilient and
