The ideal candidate will combine technical and commercial expertise to support market and application development.\nThe successful candidate will join the Sales team and will be responsible for developing relationships with OEM customers and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Compact Hydraulics solutions.\nMain Responsibilities\nBusiness Development\nManage and develop the assigned customer portfolio.\nIdentify new business opportunities and new projects with existing and potential customers.\nPromote the Compact Hydraulics product range and solutions.\nDefine and implement sales development plans in collaboration with management.\nTechnical and Commercial Support\nAnalyze customer application needs and propose the most suitable solutions.\nCollaborate with the Application Engineering team to define technical solutions.\nSupport the preparation and negotiation of commercial offers.\nManage the quoting process and the follow-up of opportunities.\nAnalysis and Reporting\n Update and maintain company systems (CRM/ERP).\nMonitor performance, pipeline, forecasts, and project progress.\nSupport the preparation of budgets and sales plans.\n Education\nDegree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, or Management Engineering, or related technical disciplines.\nExperience\n3-5 years of experience in technical-sales roles, Application Engineering, or Sales Engineering within industrial sectors.\n Experience in the hydraulics (oleodynamics), mobile machinery, or industrial automation sector is highly preferred.\nIT Skills\nGood knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.\nFamiliarity with CRM and ERP systems.\nLanguages\nExcellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.\nKnowledge of additional European languages is a plus.\nIf you feel confident in the position don't hesitate to apply\ntake a look!\nwww.bosch.com\nwww.boschrexroth.com\nBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
