Whether in the areas of mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology or energy and building technology - with us, you will have the chance to improve the lives of people across the world.\nWelcome to Bosch.\nThe Bosch Group operates in four business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology employing over 420,000 associates in 128 countries worldwide - 85,000 associates in research and development, of which nearly 44,000 are software engineers, and more than 6,000 associates in the UK and Ireland.\n Sample Administration\nDaily review of incoming customer orders.\nTransfer of customer orders into Bosch internal ordering system i.e. eSAMOS/SAP/eBAS.\nUpdate & manage individual tracker.\nCoordinate order management with relevant internal/external stakeholders.\nEnsure key milestones are met within agreed lead-times i.e. Orders raised, manufacture, delivery & receipt of parts.\nRegular Interaction with the Customer.\nCoordinating clear feedback via Sample Shop to customer contact.\nReviewing weekly customer trackers & ensuring updates are sent within agreed time.\nCoordinating between customer & internal stakeholders for any issues which effects the delivery of orders.\nSupport Sales Engineers.\nAct as an interface between Sales Engineer, Customer & Sample Shop.\nCoordinate all new orders via Sales Engineer, confirm pricing, design level etc.\nInforming Sales Engineer of escalation topics.\nSupport of miscellaneous Sales activities where possible.\nPresentations/Communication\nLiaising with relevant colleagues to ensure overpaid invoices are resolved.\n1-2-1 meetings with line manager to ensure key topics are reviewed.\nUpdating of monthly TS/SOE Cockpit Chart Presentation.\nAd hoc presentation support relating to current business topics.\n Essential\nSTEM based/Business Studies Degree Subject\nFully Conversant with MS Office programmes\nAnalytical\nCompleter/Finisher Attitude & Self Motivated\nGood Communication Skills & Team Worker\nWell Organised\nOptional\nDriving License (desirable)\n This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2027. This position isopen to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course.\nLocation: you will be based at the Denham office.\nAs an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers.\nInterview Process and Right to Work Information: \nShortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.\nYou must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.
