This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating logistics activities, handling claims and returns, supporting export operations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOrder Management: Process customer orders, monitor order fulfillment, and manage backorders while providing timely updates to customers.\nCustomer Support: Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, claims, and product availability.\nLogistics Coordination: Liaise with warehouses, transportation providers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.\nClaims & Returns: Coordinate and monitor customer claims, returns, and reverse logistics processes.\nExport Support: Facilitate export documentation and transportation processes for international shipments.\nReporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports related to supply chain activities.\nProcess Improvement: Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives within customer and order management processes.\n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service performance.\n Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service within a multinational environment.\nSAP experience is mandatory.\nGood understanding of supply chain and export processes.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nFluent English communication skills.\nStrong customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.\n Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with logistics service providers\nConfident and professional manner when interacting with internal teams and external partners\nMobility and flexibility to work across different time zones, including weekends as needed\nWillingness and ability to travel during working hours\nStrong cross-cultural communication skills and openness to working with diverse international teams\nAutonomous and able to work independently with minimal supervision\nResponsible, reliable,
