With over 22,700 associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.\n Key Responsibilities\nConduct technical fit-gap analysis and propose scalable, innovative, and SAP best-practice solutions aligned with business requirements and overall solution architecture.\n\nDesign, develop, and implement complex solutions using SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), including:\nCreation of custom Business Objects\nExtension of standard Business Objects\n\nCustom fields and business logic\n\nScreens, UI enhancements, and custom UI components\n\nDemonstrate strong hands-on expertise in ABSL, BODL, UI Designer, UI Scripts, and SAP Cloud Applications Studio, including development, testing, debugging, and deployment of complex SAP C4C solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain reusable technical components using SAP reuse libraries, basic data types, code lists, custom notifications, print forms, and analytics-related extensions.\n\nWork on C4C administration, scoping, fine-tuning, lifecycle management, tenant management, and solution deployment activities.\n\nDesign and implement integration solutions between SAP C4C and other SAP/non-SAP applications, including S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, middleware, and external systems, using relevant APIs and web services.\n\nStrong understanding of OData, SOAP, REST APIs, web services, authentication mechanisms, and integration troubleshooting.\n\nWork on Mashups, HTML-based UI integrations, external content integration, tracing, debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause analysis of complex technical issues.\n\nContribute to technical solutioning and architecture for complex IT landscapes involving SAP C4C/Service Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP BTP, and non-SAP systems.\n\nTake ownership of the complete technical development lifecycle, including technical design, effort estimation, development, code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.\n\nEnsure adherence to SAP development standards, coding best practices, solution quality, maintainability, and performance considerations.\n\nCollaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.\n\nMentor, guide, and technically support junior consultants, including conducting code reviews and driving technical capability development within the team.\n\n Educational qualification:\nB.E. / B.Tech. / MBA\nExperience :\n8+ years of experience in SAP consulting and technical delivery roles, with strong hands-on experience in SAP C4C / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud\nMandatory/Required Skills :\nStrong hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), ABSL and BODL\n\nExperience in developing custom Business Objects, extensions, fields, business logic and UI enhancements\n\nStrong understanding of C4C architecture, integrations, OData, SOAP/REST APIs and web services\n\nExperience with debugging, tracing, Mashups, notifications, print forms and lifecycle management\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business, functional and technical teams\n\n2.
