Join us and see the difference.\nWork LikeABosch\n Responsible for material flow processes with focus on Logistics Execution, especially for the modules/capabilities:\nLogistics Execution (LE) within our S/4 HANA transformation project with focus on Outbound Processes\nRequirement clarification with process Experts, functional analysis and creation of functional requirement specifications.\nEnsure that technical IT requirements match business requirements in close cooperation with IT Product Owner and Lead Developer.\nDesign of technical solutions and creation of technical specifications for development.\nCoordination of necessary developments with the Developer Team.\nReads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;\nFulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.\n Language: English \nUniversity degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related scientific or technical fields.\nStrong experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role.\nSenior project experience in configuring the SAP system by customizing (mandatory requirement)\nLong term experience in SAP supply chain projects with excellent skills in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with focus on Logistics Execution (LE outbound).\nExperience in Integration of Logistics Execution Module with Warehouse Systems (SAP EWM, SAP WM).\nAbility to analyze complex use cases in SAP systems by e.g., debugging or tracing.\nCustomer oriented Supply Chain Consulting experience.\nKnowledge of industry business models and related supply chain processes.\nKnow-how and practical experience with Agile methods.\nDeep expertise in SAP S/4HANA core modules with a strong architectural understanding of logistics and supply chain flows.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex logistics requirements into technical specifications.\nEffective time management and strong interpersonal skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.\nWillingness to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success.\nReadiness to travel internationally (EU).\nExperience in Advanced Shipping and Receiving (ASR) would be an asset.\nExperience in EWM / SAP Transportation management integration scenarios\n LikeABosch Benefits:\nFinancial benefits:\nFlexible benefits system - In addition to your salary, we provide 2700 RON/year through your benefits account, allowing reimbursements based on your preferences;\nMeal tickets - A balanced diet includes at least one hot meal per day, therefore we offer you meal tickets with a value of 40 Ron;\nCompany Performance Related Pay - Your contribution to Bosch is valuable.
