Work LikeABosch

• Support the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes and solutions within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.
• Develop innovative concepts and processes in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) area for the distribution of Bosch products.
• Support and independently execute global optimization and rollout projects in close collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistic warehouses, country sales organizations and our internal IT service provider.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, creating specifications, executing SAP ERP implementations, conducting testing, and providing key user support.
• Closely coordinate and define interfaces with production, sales, logistics/warehousing, and finance.
• Drive communication and proactive change management.

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent).

• Knowledge of SAP ERP SD (Sales and Distribution),

• In-depth expertise in relevant SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP) is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyze, design, implement, transform, and document complex end-to-end processes.

• Strong understanding of, and ideally hands-on experience with, modern supply chain concepts and processes.

• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from analysis through implementation.

• Exceptional communication, moderation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate environments with conflicting interests and manage escalations professionally.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams
• High level of initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.

• Willingness to travel internationally (EU) on a regular basis.
