and issue resolution\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business users and senior leadership.\n\nExperience in managing incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL standards, ensuring strict SLA and KPI adherence.\n\nProficiency in handling end-to-end AMS support activities, including root cause analysis, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nAbility to estimate Project/CR technical effort, timelines, and dependencies for change requests and enhancements\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams, track progress, and provide structured and periodic updates to customers.\n\nCapability to understand business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions, ensuring timely issue resolution.\n\nExperience in conducting requirement-gathering workshops for change requests and managing their implementation lifecycle.\n\nFlexibility to provide extended support during critical situations, including weekends for high-priority issues, system restarts, or patch upgrades.\n\nProactive mindset to identify opportunities for optimization in existing integrations and recommend multiple solution approaches.\n\nStrong understanding of SAP project lifecycle phases including development, testing (unit, integration, functional), go-live, and post-go-live support.\n\nAbility to manage business user expectations and deliver consistent support services.\n\nExperience supporting rollout projects and post go-live production support across plants.\n\nAt least one end-to-end SAP implementation experience, including migration and cutover activities.\n\nTechnical Skills Mandatory / Preferred Skills:\n\nStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and AMS support landscape.\n\nExpertise in at least one core SAP module (MM/SD/FI/PP/EWM) with cross-module integration knowledge.\n\nExperience in incident, problem, and change management with SLA adherence.\n\nKnowledge of SAP integrations (IDOC, RFC, interfaces with non-SAP systems).\n\nFamiliarity with SAP Fiori, output management, and basic configurations.\n\nExposure to batch management, inventory, and procurement processes.\n\nExperience in transport management, release cycles, and system upgrades.\n\nWorking knowledge of Solution Manager / ServiceNow / ticketing tools.\n\nUnderstanding of custom developments, testing cycles, and deployment support.\n\nAbility to perform root cause analysis, fit-gap analysis, and solution optimization.\n\nPreferred Skills :\nCertification in SAP: SAP Activate Project Manager\n Others:\n\nFacilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.\n\nPerform detailed analysis of complex business requirements
