The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing scalable CRM and Power Platform solutions. The role requires strong hands-on technical skills, the ability to work independently, and experience working in an Agile delivery environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain Power Apps Canvas Apps, including responsive UI, business logic, and Dataverse integration.\n\nDevelop and customize D365 forms, business rules, plugins, JavaScript, and PCF controls.\n\nBuild and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation.\n\nWork with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modelling, relationships, security roles, teams, and permissions.\n\nDevelop reusable PCF controls and custom components using JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\nImplement integrations using Dataverse Web API, OData, and REST APIs.\n\nWork with React for component-based UI development.\n\nSupport solution deployment and environment management using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nPerform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to development standards.\n\nPrepare technical documentation and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.\n\nMust Have\nStrong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement development and customization.\n\nExtensive experience in Power Apps Canvas Apps development.\n\nGood experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.\n\nStrong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\nExperience developing custom PCF controls.\n\nKnowledge of D365 forms, plugins, business rules, Ribbon Workbench, and web resources.\n\nExperience with Dataverse Web API, OData, and REST API integrations.\n\nWorking knowledge of React.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps, source control, and solution deployment.\n\nGood understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\n\nQualifications\n5-8 years of overall IT experience, with relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform development.\n\nProven experience delivering enterprise CRM and Canvas Apps solutions.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications are an added advantage.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to work independently in a distributed project environment.\n\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n 4-7
