Join us and see the difference.\nWork LikeABosch\n We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:\nOwn the design, implementation, maintenance, and operation of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for build, test, automated verification and validation, release, and deployment.\nDevelop reusable automation and pipeline components, with practical implementation in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation using Terraform, and Ansible.\nBuild, optimize, and maintain container images and deployment workflows for Docker and Kubernetes -based environments.\nApply GitOps practices with Argo CD or Flux to keep deployed environments aligned with version-controlled configuration.\nCreate and maintain Kubernetes manifests and application packaging using Helm for development, staging, and production environments.\nIntegrate cloud and on-premises tools, services, databases, networks, and workflows into secure and reliable delivery platforms.\nImplement observability using metrics, dashboards, alerts, and centralized logging solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana.\nCollaborate with software teams on microservices, APIs, distributed applications, and development of lifecycles for Python- and Java-based solutions.\nReview technical designs and pull requests, promote engineering standards, mentor colleagues, and continuously improve delivery efficiency and quality.\nUse AI-assisted engineering tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or comparable solutions, responsibly to accelerate implementation and improve software delivery quality.\n Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.\nAt least 7 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering or software delivery automation.\nAdvanced knowledge of Git, including branching, merging, pull-request workflows, and command-line usage.\nStrong experience with CI/CD concepts and at least one major toolchain, preferably Jenkins; experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bitbucket is valuable.\nAdvanced Bash and/or PowerShell scripting skills, plus practical Linux command-line and administration experience.\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including troubleshooting, deployments, services, namespaces, configuration, and logs.\nPractical experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform, and with declarative Kubernetes configuration using Helm or Kustomize.\nGood understanding of cloud or self-hosted infrastructure, networking, firewalls, proxies, security controls, and operational reliability.\nExperience supporting deployments across staged environments and resolving delivery or runtime issues using logs and monitoring data.\nStrong spoken and written English, effective collaboration skills, and the ability to guide teams toward robust engineering practices.\n LikeABosch Benefits:\nYour work-life balance is valuable to us, so we offer you:\n25 Days of annual leave, because work-life balance is essential to us; \nFlexible working hours.\nYour health and well-being is important to us, so we have you covered:\nMedical subscription;\nAccident insurance;\nSport activities and well-being initiatives.\nWe believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, so you can take advantage of:\nTechnical and soft skills trainings;\nAccess to e-learning platforms;\nLocal and Global career development programs;\nOpportunity to attend conferences;\nBookster subscription.\nYou will be part of a product company.
