Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

The purpose of this position is to supervise and organize the activities in internal milk run area of physical logistics for timely delivery of raw material, packing material to production shop through internal milk runs & collection of empties from shop.

Logistics Management: Organize and notify delivery of raw materials, packing materials through Internal milk run, collection of empties from production shop Report MIS on performance.Decanting of raw materials as required by shop & supply to production.

Store Management: Ensure storage of all direct materials as per standards (safe and secure storage), report and act on Blocked stocks, conduct decanting as per the production requirement.SQCD tracking

People Management: Train and supervise logistics operations compliant with internal procedures and work instructions, central directives for operations.Employee satisfaction index

Escalation Management: Supervise and escalate physical logistics (Internal milk run) and material delivery topics to leadership team (as per escalation matrix) to seek appropriate management intervention delivery of materials.On time intervention and resolution of escalated topics.

Compliance Management: Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives and external laws namely foreign trade customs and taxation laws.Adhering to standards and no deviations in Audits

Knowledge

• Competent knowledge in SAP - warehouse and material management and production planning modules
• Competent in IT tools related to milk run (RFID Kanban), PFEP & Power BI reports
• Competent knowledge to design internal milk run routes
• Competence in compliance, safety topics, CL management

Functional Skills

• Competent knowledge on lean (pull principle)
• Advanced warehouse & transportation management, warehouse productivity
• Competent communication skills (English & local language)
• Advanced conflict management skills

Education:

• Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial production) or commerce

Experience:

• 4+ years work experience in inbound logistics area preferably issue of materials to manufacturing

The purpose of this position is to provide a production plan to manufacturing and procurement team to ensure timely production fulfillment while serving as a process expert for usage of digital tools in the Production planning area.
