Bosch continues to build its nationwide network as a socially responsible provider of innovative and beneficial technologies to the Philippines.\n Job Purpose\nController supports the Finance and Controlling function in ensuring accurate financial reporting,\neffective cost monitoring, reliable planning and forecasting, and timely management information. The\nrole works closely with the Controller and business partnering to analyze financial results and support\nsound business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Reporting & Closing\nMonthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.\nPropose journal entries, and make cost allocations to departments\nPrepare and validate financial reports and management information.\nPerform basic variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast.\nAssist in reviewing account balances and identifying unusual movements.\nSupport reconciliation and follow-up of open financial items.\nPlanning & Forecasting\nAssist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.\nCollect and consolidate financial inputs from relevant business units.\nMonitor actual performance against budget and forecast.\nHelp maintain planning files, assumptions, and supporting documentation.\nProcessing of cost allocation and budget uploads with the use of SAP COPA\nCost & Business Controlling\nMonitor costs, expenses, and cost-center performance.\nSupport analysis of profitability, margins, and operational KPIs.\nAssist in identifying significant deviations and preparing explanations.\nProvide financial data and analysis to support business decisions.\nInternal Controls & Compliance\nSupport adherence to financial policies, accounting guidelines, and internal controls.\nPrepare supporting documentation for internal and external audits.\nAssist in ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records.\nHelp identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls.\nReporting & Data Analysis\nPrepare recurring management reports.\nManagement in financial statement preparation for internal and external reports.\nFilling and reporting of income tax\nTransfer price reporting and controlling management\nMaintain accurate financial data and reporting files.\nUse Excel and other financial/reporting systems to analyze data.\nSupport automation and standardization of finance reports.\nQualifications\nAt least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.\nMust be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)\nAt least 7 years of relevant controlling/accounting experience.\nGood knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.\nWell informed in financial subjects, accounting standards and practices, taxation laws and\nbusiness environments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
