Senior Fullstack Developer – .NET Core / Angular / React

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will shape and develop internal digital products supporting HR, Purchasing and Engineering processes at Bosch. You will combine hands-on development with technical ownership, turning complex business needs into scalable, secure and user-friendly applications.

You will have a strong influence on architecture, technology choices and development standards while exploring how AI-enhanced development and agentic AI solutions can take automation to the next level.

For the right candidate, the position also offers a clear opportunity to grow towards a Lead Developer role, taking increasing responsibility for technical direction, architecture and mentoring.

Your tasks:

► Designing and developing scalable, secure and high-performance web applications using .NET Core / C#, Angular and React

► Creating digital solutions that automate and improve HR, Purchasing and Engineering processes, including innovative use cases with agentic AI

► Making and contributing to architectural decisions across backend, frontend and data layers

► Designing and developing APIs, microservices and data solutions using PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server and MongoDB

► Supporting cloud-native deployment and operation using Docker, Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure

► Exploring and integrating AI-enhanced development tools and automation solutions to improve productivity, software quality and development efficiency

► Mentoring developers, performing code reviews and contributing to development standards and best practices

► Collaborating closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions

► Taking ownership throughout the software lifecycle, including development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement

► BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

► 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in fullstack development

► Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and C#, including backend services and API development

► Strong knowledge of Angular / TypeScript and/or React and modern frontend development practices

► Strong experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server, including database design, SQL and query optimization

► Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, authentication and authorization, as well as modern software architecture principles

► Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

► Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges

► Proactive mindset, strong ownership and willingness to influence technical decisions

► Excellent collaboration and communication skills in multidisciplinary and international teams

► Professional working proficiency in English

What gives you further advantages:

► Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases

► Knowledge of Entity Framework Core or similar data-access technologies

► Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure

► Knowledge of Git, CI/CD and automated testing

► Experience with AI-assisted software development, automation frameworks or agentic AI solutions

► Experience with productive software operations, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance

► UX/UI knowledge and interest in creating intuitive digital products

► Previous experience in mentoring developers or taking technical leadership responsibilities

► German language skills
