Your main responsibilities will be:\nExecute complex electronic hardware development tasks, including schematics, simulations, and BOM creation.\nDefine and justify electronic hardware architecture and key design decisions with system- and vehicle-level impact.\nAct as the technical authority for electronic hardware topics within the product line, guiding development from requirements through to release.\nLead hardware design reviews, audits, and cross-functional technical discussions with international teams and customers.\nRepresent hardware development in project milestones, technical reviews, and release decisions, clearly communicating risks and mitigation plans.\nIndependently analyze and resolve complex hardware issues, including EMC, thermal management, aging, and derating.\nOptimize designs for cost, robustness, safety, and manufacturability, ensuring readiness for industrialization and series production.\n What distinguishes you:\nEducation: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a similar relevant technical field.\nExperience: Solid and proven professional experience in electronic hardware development within the automotive industry, with a track record of leading complex designs or platforms.\n Know-how:Deep understanding of analogue design principles and simulation tools.\nStrong knowledge of hardware validation, release processes, and automotive standards (EMC, thermal, and functional safety).\nProven ability to lead technical reviews, perform root-cause analysis, and make critical design decisions.\n\n Languages: Fluency in English (both spoken and written).\nWorking Style and Methods: Highly structured, systematic, and proactive. Excellent capability to manage complex projects, mitigate risks, and drive technical progress.\nPersonality: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
