This role combines HR expertise with business acumen to shape culture, develop talent, and implement transformational change across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPartner with corporate business leaders to develop, shape, and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive a high-performance culture\nProvide strategic HR oversight of key People Processes including talent attraction & development, performance management, employee engagement, workforce/succession planning, and bonus programs\nAct as a change agent and coach to leaders on organizational change and transformation initiatives\nSupport strategic planning and business meetings to identify existing and potential people issues and opportunities across relevant areas\nLeverage people analytics and AI tools to develop data-driven recommendations in the areas of attraction, development, engagement, and retention\nCollaborate with Center of Expertise, HR Shared Services, and other HR Business Partners to drive HR process optimization\nDesign and facilitate workshops to drive organizational performance and business results\nLead and/or actively participate on HR project teams to implement HR initiatives and programs across the site\nDrive and implement HR initiatives for all personnel in corporate departments within the US\nTravel up to 10% as needed\n Minimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\n5+ years of Human Resources experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience developing solid business relationships and collaborating with leadership\nExcellent communication skills and experience working with all levels of the organization effectively\nForward thinking mindset\nCustomer oriented with continuous improvement focus\nStrong analytical skills and business acumen\nEffectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nIntermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite\nProactive, able to adapt, flexible, self-motivated and self-starter\nWorking knowledge of PowerBI and automation tools\nSAP and Talent Hub experience\nExperience working with international teams\n Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
