Responsibilities include:\nHandle SPL operations during the shift\nHandling and allocation of workflows\nManage Mailers and Queries and responding to stakeholders' operational queries\nMonitor Workflow and SLA during the shift\nMaintain and consolidate activity trackers for the shift\nResponsible for tracking errors during the shift\nTakeover/Handover activities during shift change\nConveying and implementing instructions and work guidance to shift members\nFirst level query resolution & First Point of escalation\nReporting and Coordinating with Team Lead\n Educational Qualification: B.COM/ M.Com., B.SC, B.A., B.Tech., BCA, MBA\nWorking knowledge in SAP GTS, Power BI and AI tools;\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\n2 to 5 years of experience with Export control & Sanctions\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nContinuous learner;
