a.客户订单评估及交期回复，跟进并确保按时完成。
Evaluate customer orders, reply with delivery dates, ensure on-time delivery
b.按照客户订单需求及均衡生产要求制定并下达每日生产计划
Release production plan according to customer and levelling requirements.
- 供应商协作及绩效管理 supplier cooperations & performance mgt.
- 物流弹性供应合同和寄售合同的谈判和签署。
Negotiate/sign flexible supply contact & consignment contract w/ supplier
- 低绩效供应商原因分析，沟通及改善.
Analyse low-performer issues; communicate & drive improvements.
- KPI管理及达成 KPI mgt & Achievement
原材料，并成品，成品周转率; 生产交期;客户服务水平; 供应链成本.
Inventory coverage; Production LT; Customer service level; SCC;
- 跟进工程变更物料，确保新旧版本顺利切换。
Manage EC change materials to ensure smooth transition;
- 新产品开发支持:
协调原材料及成品包装设计及验证，支持团队产线布局，物料流及信息流设计。统筹各个试产阶段物料到位情况，按期完成样品订单及量产爬坡。
Coordinate packaging design/validation (raw & FG),support line layout &
material/information flow,ensure material availability for all pilot runs; on time
fulfill sample orders & ramp-up schedule.
- SAP,EDI 等系统模块负责人system Key user,
负责培训及解决系统各种问题及参数设置
Train and support end users on daily operation issues & parameters setting
