This role serves as an expert in the field of Linear Technology products, driving business growth and supporting customer acquisition, retention, and on-site technical execution.\nDrive sales growth, lead generation, and direct customer acquisition for Linear Technology products across assigned territories and key accounts.\n\nHandle end-to-end sales pipeline management, including opportunity creation, technical proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and closing deals.\n\nManage customer relationships with key US Semiconductor CMs and local OEMs to defend existing business volume and capture new market share.\n\nProvide targeted on-site application support, product sizing, and basic technical troubleshooting during critical sales phases.\n\nAct as a product ambassador for the Linear Technology portfolio\n\nPrepare and deliver product presentations, commercial quotations, and value-proposition pitches to engineering and procurement decision-makers.\n\nConduct market intelligence gathering, competitor tracking, and customer forecast updates for the Linear Technology product line.\n\n Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\n\nSolid background in B2B direct sales, key account management, price negotiation, and industrial account growth.\n\nCandidate with industry network or work experience e.g. Existing relationships or exposure to key US semiconductor contract manufacturers (CMs) and regional machinery OEMs will be added advantage.\n\nStrong commercial acumen backed by functional knowledge of linear technology products and customer machine applications.\n\nIdentifies high-growth OEM segments and emerging semiconductor trends to pipeline long-term sales opportunities.\n\nHighly self-driven in field sales activities, managing sales visits, pipeline reporting, and customer follow-ups independently.\n\nCollaborates effectively with internal engineering and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.\n\nConfidently pitches value propositions, negotiate commercial terms, and explains technical advantages to client decision-makers.\n\n Your future
