Capital Place Building - 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam\n Role Overview\nLead a technical team of around 5 members focusing on Digitalization and cross-service technical enablement.\nThe role combines hands-on technical contribution, team coordination, people development, and collaboration with WebApp, AI, Data, and other technical teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate a key technical team\nProvide technical guidance for Digitalization, Automation, Integration, and related solution topics based on Digitalization Strategies of Department\nContribute hands-on to technical implementation, PoCs, and complex project topics when needed.\nPlan team workload, assign tasks, and follow up progress, risks, and technical issues.\nCoach and support team members in technical growth and competence development.\nWork closely with WebApp, AI, Data, DevOps, and other teams to support cross-functional solutions.\nSupport knowledge sharing, reusable solutions, technical standards, and good engineering practices across teams.\nSupport requirement clarification, estimation, solution discussion, and technical workshops with project teams or customers.\nProvide technical and competence-related input to management when discussing future capability needs or new technology topics.\n Expected Profile\nStrong technical background in IT Software Development, Digitalization, Automation, or related areas.\nExperience with Web Applications, APIs, system integration, databases, or automation solutions.\nGood understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based applications.\nBasic to good understanding of AI and Data-related solutions is an advantage.\nExperience mentoring, coordinating, or leading a small technical team.\nGood communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work across different technical teams and collaborate in a matrix organization.\nWillingness to remain hands-on in technical work.\nMain Focus\nTechnical contribution and solution support\nTeam coordination and people development\nCompetence build-up and Innovation\nCustomer Engagement\nTeam Engagement\nCross-team collaboration and technical enablement\n Why BOSCH?\nBecause we do not just follow trends, we create them.
