BGSV currently operates from three offices located at the following addresses:

We are looking for a motivated IT-related undergraduate or fresh graduate to join our ServiceNow Practice team as an intern.

You will support platform configuration, scripting, portal development, and integration work under the guidance of senior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem) under developer guidance.
• Write and test Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes using JavaScript (GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
• Build and style Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
• Inspect and fix UI issues via browser DevTools.
• Assist in configuring outbound REST messages and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Parse and handle JSON payloads in scripts.
• Write GlideRecord queries and contribute to ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Understand table relationships and data filtering.
• Document update sets, scripts, and configuration changes with clear technical notes in English.
