System & Integration Architecture\nDesign, review, and maintain solution architecture artifacts, including:\nData-flow diagrams\n\nComponent and system architecture diagrams\n\nIntegration architectures\n\nApplication and technology landscape views\n\nEnsure architectural consistency, integration integrity, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.\n\nReview proposed solutions and identify architectural risks, dependencies, and gaps.\n\n2. Strategy & AI Implementation\nEvaluate planned technology changes and verify their alignment with the HR Digital Strategy.\n\nAssess and enhance proposed solutions from an architecture and technology perspective.\n\nSupport the evaluation and implementation of Generative AI, RPA, automation, and cloud-based solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to leverage modern technologies to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.\n\n3. Enterprise Architecture & LeanIX Governance\nCreate, maintain, and govern LeanIX Fact Sheets for applications, systems, technologies, interfaces, servers, and databases.\n\nEnsure the HR IT landscape is accurately represented and kept up to date.\n\nSupport compliance, lifecycle management, application portfolio management, and architecture governance activities.\n\nPrepare and maintain architecture documentation and reports for stakeholders.\n\n4. IT Consulting & Stakeholder Management\nAct as an IT architecture consultant for HR IT stakeholders, including Project Leads, Developers, Business Partners, and other technical teams.\n\nProvide guidance on architecture decisions, technology selection, integration approaches, and IT processes.\n\nSupport stakeholders with cloud onboarding and related governance activities, particularly when BD is not the direct IT partner.\n\nIdentify technical dependencies and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth implementation.\n\n5. Bosch IT Principles & Governance\nApply and promote Bosch IT architecture principles, standards, and governance processes.\n\nEnsure solutions follow relevant Bosch guidelines, including:\n\nEpITop\n\nEISA\n\nCloud onboarding procedures\n\nEnterprise architecture and security standards\n\nSupport architecture reviews, compliance assessments, and governance activities.\n\n6. Architecture Network Collaboration\nCollaborate closely with the BD HR Solution Architects team to align architecture standards, technology direction, and best practices.\n\nParticipate in architecture discussions, reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.\n\nEstablish effective collaboration between HR IT, enterprise architecture, development, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams.\n\n Educational qualification:\nBachelor of Computer science Engineering\nExperience:\n8+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Cloud, Automation, or related technology domains.\nMandatory/requires Skills:\nPreferred Skills:\nEnterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF or equivalent.\nLeanIX certification or proven hands-on LeanIX experience.\n\nCloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nExperience in designing enterprise GenAI / RAG / Agentic AI solutions.\n\nExperience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or other enterprise RPA platforms.\n\nExperience working in large enterprise environments with complex application and technology landscapes.\n\n Enterprise Architecture\nProficiency in Enterprise Architecture methodologies and principles.\n\nExperience designing and reviewing architectural diagrams.\n\nHands-on experience with LeanIX and maintaining Fact Sheets.\n\nUnderstanding of application portfolio and technology landscape management.\n\nModern Technology\nStrong understanding of:\n\nGenerative AI\n\nRPA\n\nCloud automation\n\nCloud architecture and integration\n\nModern application and integration architectures\n\nAbility to assess emerging technologies and identify suitable enterprise use
