This role is primarily focused on UX/UI design, while also bridging business needs and user expectations through structured analysis.\nThe ideal candidate excels at understanding user behavior, translating business requirements into design solutions, and delivering visually engaging, functional interfaces.\nMain Roles and Responsibilities\nUX/UI Design (Primary Focus)\nDesign user-centered interfaces for web and/or mobile applications.\nCreate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.\nDefine and improve user journeys, flows, and interaction models.\nEnsure consistency across UI components and design systems.\nConduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.\nCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.\nBusiness Analysis (Supporting Role)\nGather and clarify business and user requirements from stakeholders.\nTranslate requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specs.\nAlign design solutions with business goals and product strategy.\nFacilitate discussions between business, technical teams, and users.\nSupport backlog refinement and prioritization.\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders.\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.\nAdvocate for user experience best practices across the team.\nContinuously improve design processes, tools, and standards.\n Mandatory Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Business, IT, or related field.\n 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design (with some BA exposure).\nStrong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design process and outcomes.\nProficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience conducting user research and usability testing.\nFamiliarity with design systems and accessibility standards.\nBasic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).\nExperience working in Agile environments.\nAbility to use data/analytics to inform design decisions.\nPersonal Qualities\nStrong empathy for users and attention to detail.\nCreative thinking with a structured, analytical mindset.\nAbility to balance business needs and user experience.\nProactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.\n\nSolid understanding of user-centered design principles.\nAbility to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.\nExperience in requirements gathering and documentation.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n WHY BOSCH?\nBecause we don't just follow trends, we create them.\nBecause together we turn ideas into reality, working every day to make the world of tomorrow a better place.\nDo you have high standards when it comes to your job?
